The Space

The challenge within this brief was to design the first pick-up only space for iQ Foods. Our client requested that the space have high impact, creating a lasting impression and reflecting the ambitious nature of their brand. The resulting design capitalizes on the 20’ ceilings to deliver that high impact and create an immersive experience, while balancing the need for an efficient kitchen within 1000sf.

The Project Scope

  • A Mason Studio Project

  • Concept through construction

  • New construction in leased, street-front space

  • 1000sf retail takeaway (no seating)

  • Pick-up area, visible food prep area, back-of-house kitchen

My Role

  • Lead project design while at Mason Studio

  • Oversee construction administration

  • Liaise with clients, landlord, consultants, suppliers

  • Manage marketing and publication assets
