BANNEKER
HOTEL
The Space
This hotel is named for Benjamin Banneker, one of the country’s Black innovators who played an integral role in surveying the land that would become the nation’s capital. The design reflects the qualities of D.C. itself: sophisticated, provocative, relaxed, elevated. The character of the city is brought to life through the use of emphasized architectural sightlines and focal points, handsome materials, alluring art work, and relaxed furniture.
